RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Refunds and Returns Policy.

*We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

INTERPRETATION

order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in their original packaging
The goods will only be considered for a return or a refund if it is damaged or defective.


The following goods cannot be returned:

The delivery of goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Item will not be considered for return if you ordered the wrong size.


Size changes
Returns or exchanges due to size changes are not permitted. We don't accept exchanges for products if there is a problem with the size. Please choose your size correctly before you order.

Damage and Problems
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to return any item that does not meet the above return policy.

Return of goods
You bear the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You can email us at Soccerjersey.de@gmail.com for any questions about refunds and returns.

We cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost goods in return. We therefore recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
